They responded that day to let me know my order is in the queue and that they're short-staffed. It is now March 8th, 2023, and I still have not received the order that was paid for more than 4 months ago.On January 12th, 2023, I emailed the company looking for an update.
My business debit card was successfully charged in the amount of $117 on October 31st, 2022. This order was placed under Order #****** on October 29th, 2022. I ordered a set of custom dice from this company as a closing gift for one of my real estate clients.
